The Importance of Self-care For The Caregivers

Many caregivers might be unfamiliar with the concept of self-care and self-love, which is about consciously attending to your well-being and happiness. As a Christian organisation, The Salvation Army’s Social Services offer holistic care for the body, mind, and spirit of our service users and also caregivers. Therefore, we look forward to educating the public about the importance of self-care and self-love and introducing our support services for caregivers that cater to their emotional and physical needs in our exhibition.
