We are working with the Churches and Sheng Kung Hui (S.K.H.) Communion to bring together service users, government, business, health, education, technology and the community to complement the gaps of traditional services and work together to provide multi-level support from individual care to holistic care to build a caring community with the spirit of community care and social capital.
