• From Partnership to Co-creation

Ms. Lucita Lai is a senior programme manager at InspiringHK Sports Foundation responsible for management, coordination and administration of sports projects. Her project scope includes "Building Community, Building Tung Chung", a community based programme aiming to foster synergy within the neighbourhood through sports training, inclusion activities and career planning within Tung Chung. Also in recent years, she has expanded into new distinctive areas such as "Home Run" community explorative run programme for teenagers, "CoADDventure" - a mental health and sports initiative for Special Education Needs children and their caregivers as well as "SportsCHAT!", a programme designed to encourage teenagers girls to build up healthy lifestyle through sports.
