Sandy's main responsibilities at The Zubin Foundation include managing the day-to-day execution and management of the various projects being undertaken by the organisation. She is also responsible for organising events and talks to spread awareness on issues that the organisation is focusing on. Prior to joining the Zubin Foundation, she worked at Community Business. Her main responsibilities at Community Business included managing the disability workplace initiatives of Community Business and addressing the employability of people with disabilities. Sandy holds a bachelor's degree in English for Professional Communication from The City University of Hong Kong.
