Mr. K.H. LEE is currently General Manager – Rolling Stock Maintenance of Rolling Stock Maintenance Department of MTR Corporation. He is an experienced manager with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Rolling Stock Operation and Maintenance covering from design, technical support, depot operation, train overhaul and management of various Rolling Stock projects. In addition, he is responsible for overseeing asset management strategy and implementation on passenger trains and engineering vehicles of the Corporation. He also participated in a number of overseas franchise businesses, including London and Melbourne from tender preparation, due diligence process and post-operational setup of rolling stock team.

Mr. LEE obtained his bachelor and master degrees from The University of Hong Kong and is currently a member of the Rolling Stock Sub-committee of UITP.
