• Innovative New Service Development and Digitalization: The Keys to Unlocking Success

Mr. Ricky FUNG is the Deputy General Manager of Information Technology Resource Centre, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and has been contributing in digitalization in the Social Welfare Sector for over 20 years. He had implemented numbers of large-scale and cross-NGOs IT projects (including back-end systems, service management systems, e-Services and IT security) and has been providing consultancy and advice for the Social Welfare Sector’s IT planning and development.

Recently, his work is focusing on e-Services, ICT-enabled social innovation, advanced/ emerging technologies and IT security for enhancing the efficiency and quality of NGOs’ service delivery and operations.

He possesses qualifications in both information technology and business administration, including Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Master’s degrees in Technology Management (MTM) and Business Administration (MBA) awarded by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
