Ms. CHENG is the Division Head of the On-site Preschool Rehabilitation Service of Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service. Engaged in pre-school rehabilitation services and special educational needs (SEN) services for more than 15 years, Ms. Cheng is committed to promoting SEN support services for secondary, primary schools and kindergartens in Hong Kong and Macau, providing continuous and evidence-based multi-disciplinary professional on-site training services for more than 150 schools.
Ms. CHENG has been actively participated in Network on Services for Persons with Pre-school Disabled Children of The Hong Kong Joint Council for People with Disabilities, promoting the development of the relevant policies and developing the service strategy for children with disabilities.
