Mr. NG Hang-sau is a registered social worker, and was the former Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation. Mr. NG Hang-sau is currently the Secretary General of the Hong Kong Social Service Professional Alliance of The GuangDong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Limited. He is a member of the China Steering Committee of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Mr. Ng is the RI National Secretary for Hong Kong SAR, China, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Shenzhen Disabled Persons’ Federation and also a member of the Management Committee of the Hong Kong Joint Council for People with Disabilities. Mr. Ng has actively involved in the planning and execution of rehabilitation programmes for persons with disabilities and older persons in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
