• How Data Science Promote Evidence Based Practice in Social Work

Prof. Kelvin WANG is Professor at the School of Nursing of The University of Hong Kong. Prof. WANG received his BN, MPH, MPhil and PhD from The University of Hong Kong. He is Fellow of American Academy of Nursing (FAAN), Professor (HKU), Director of Bachelor of Nursing (FT) Programme and Advanced Leadership Track; Chair of Teaching & Learning (Undergraduate Education) (HKU), Leader of Smoking Cessation & Tobacco Control team (HKU), Principal investigator of Hong Kong Jockey Club SMART Family-Link Project, Associate Editor of BMC Public Health and editorial board member of Scientific Reports, Frontiers in Psychology (Health Psychology) and the MHealth, and Council member of Hong Kong Council on Smoking & Health. Prof. WANG has published more than 150 papers (e.g. JAMA Internal Medicine, Lancet Digital Health, Addiction, Tobacco Control, JMIR, etc.). His research focuses on behavioral intervention, addiction, policy evaluation, and health communication.
