• Community Support for Carer

Ms. Angie CHAN is an experienced social work practitioner and administrator committed to fighting for the better livelihood of the vulnerable. She has worked for Sai Kung villagers to address the service gap bought on by remote distance for an extended period. Carer support is one primary concern. There is a significant achievement on Evidence-base service model, which emphasizes developing a community network for social engagement, participation, and mutual support. The villagers' needs started to be seen and concerned. She devotes her energy to this mission in her new role at HKCSS.
