Ms. CHAN Kit-wah graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Master of Science in Clinical Gerontology and End-of-Life Care from the Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. CHAN has 16 years of registered social work experience. She has served in large and small-scale NGOs, subsidized nursing and attention homes, self-financing day care centres, and dementia and community care services. In recent years, she has been vigorously researching innovative service models and is dedicated to building social capital in rural areas.
