Teresa is a senior social worker with 20 years of experience practising and supervising elderly and rehabilitation services. Teresa joined 2011 HKCSS as Chief Officer (Rehabilitation Service) as well as Secretary General of The Hong Kong Joint Council for People with Disabilities. She has been appointed as members of many committees of Government Bureaus and Departments such as Labour and Welfare Bureau, Social Welfare Department, Educational Bureau and Buildings Department and actively promotes the development of Rehabilitation Policy and Services.
