Mr. Charles HO is the Project Director of Social Housing in The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. He is working in the Council since 2013. He is currently working on the development of social housing and its supporting service for the grassroots families. In late 2022, he is participating into advocacy works for palliative care and end of life service for those with life-threatening illness. Charles received his Bachelor and Master of Philosophy in Sociology from CUHK and obtained master's degrees on Urban Planning and Social Work from HKU.
